Eric Bobo: This is one of my favorite ballads that my father did. This album A New Dimension was the album that featured him singing more and there are some good ones on here. I dont know what it was that first got my attention with this song. Maybe the string arrangement, maybe it was my father crooning but its one of the songs that tell a story and musically its very smooth. I knew he performed this song at some point because there are music charts for it but I never heard him do it. Had he lived longer, Im sure I wouldve been requesting him to do some songs that he recorded but maybe never performed. In any case, here is a great version of an already great song. Enjoy!!
