Eric Garner Case. (sigh) This story is one nicotined with tragedy. A man is selling cigarettes, hiding taxes, as every corporate giant is doing when they take American corporations off shores and sell their products back into the states, dodging corporate taxes and higher profits for their pockets. Isnt this what Warren Buffet and Donald Trump do with their income tax(s) - except Congress calls it legal? I do not blame the police in this situation - they are following procedures and mandate of the policies given to them. This man, who was black, I personally do not believe race played a part in the arrest, but I digress. He is selling cigarettes, has six kids and a wife at home, doing what all of us scream bohemianally about - working for a living, rather than sucking off the teat of the American taxpayer, and it throttled to the ground in that fashion. Butter my butt and call me biscuit. This POLICY is insane. These guys have far more to worry about than someone selling fags at discount rates. Of course, isnt this the same town which banned extra large soda pop drinks to control obesity? Right.
