Eric Holder /AG Justice Department = Oxymoron Who is Eric Holder, and why did Barack Obama appoint him as the Attorney General in the Justice Department? As you will see, like Obama, Holder has no love for our nation, or our Constitution! Let us go back in time to learn more about this Eric Holder, starting with the 1990s when Holder was the Deputy Attorney General in the Justice Department! That is correct, Eric Holder was the Deputy AG in the Clinton administration, during which we get a glimpse as to what kind of person he is. In 1981 the terrorist group, the Weather Underground, founded by Obama friend Bill Ayers, pulled off the infamous Brinks Armored Truck Robbery, in which two police Officers and a bank guard were murdered. In 1984 one of the terrorists, Susan Rosenberg was arrested, tried, convicted, and sentenced 58 years. At sentencing she stated that her only regret was that she didnt kill the arresting police officers. Eric Holder made it his mission to have her sentence commuted, he succeeded, after serving only 16 years the cop killer was set free! Eric Holders propensity toward terrorists came back into light when Hilary Clinton, who decided to run for the Senate in New York. As New York had a significant Puerto Rican population, she wanted Eric Holder to seek the freedom for 16 FALN terrorists who were serving life sentences for bombing over 130 targets in the U.S., killing 6 people and wounding hundreds more. At their sentencing one of the Terrorists told the Judge You say we have no remorse, you are right, your jails and long sentences do not frighten us. Nonetheless, Eric Holder succeeded once again. and all 16 of these terrorists were set free. To fully illustrate how egregious these pardons really were, please note the wording of a report released immediately after just one of these terrorists bombings, which occurred on New Years Eve, 1982; As two Police Officers on the New York Police Departments elite bomb squad rushed to Headquarters, at One Police Plaza, where just minutes earlier an explosion destroyed the entrance to the building. Laying amid the carnage was Police Officer Rocco Pascarella, his lower leg blasted off. He was ripped up like someone took a box cutter and shredded his face. Further outrage of the Justice Departments desire to pardon these terrorists were displayed by the FBI, who provided all the gruesome details to the Justice Department, stating The release of these individuals will psychologically and operationally enhance the ongoing violent and criminal activities of the terrorists groups throughout the world. Eric Holder, who was called to answer to Congress regarding why these terrorists were set free, stonewalled when questioned, and then invoked his Executive Privilege, sound familiar! Where was Eric Holder after the Clinton years? Defending terrorists..........of course! As Senior Partner in the Law firm Covington and Burling, in Washington D.C., Holder defended numerous terrorists that were being held in Guantanamo Bay, as well as defending various Corporations which were indicted for funding terrorist organizations. Probably the most sleazy representation provided by Holder had to with Osama Bin Ladens former bodyguard, Salim Hamdan. President Obama appointee, Neal Katyal, who was the lead Plaintiffs counsel in the defense of Salim Hamdan, who played a key role in freeing Salim Hamdan. Obama appointed Neal Katyal as Deputy Solicitor General of the United States! Just prior to Obama appointing Holder as Attorney General, in 2008 Eric Holder filed briefs in the Washington D.C. Supreme Court which argued that the Second Amendment does not give the right for individuals to bear arms! Obviously, Eric Holder supports terrorists having bombs and using them, but stands against law abiding citizens from being able to defend themselves.
