He has actively impeded Congressional oversight of the Justice Department; he has obfuscated, where he has not outright concealed, potentially criminal activities in Department of Justice initiatives, such as operation Fast and Furious; he has violated the First and Fourth Amendments by spying on members of the media, and doing so without a warrant; he has failed to uncover the IRS’ politically motivated intimidation and harassment; and he has steadfastly refused to act on the orders of the House to prosecute individuals in Contempt of Congress.
