Eric Yates, I cant believe you are gone, although you had been sick for a very long time, you were such a tough man that I assumed you would be here for a long long time, we are going too miss you so very much! When I heard the news yesterday a million memories went through my mind, for those of you who didnt know Eric, here is a little example of the man he was. Eric was a diabetic and made multiple trips weekly for dialysis, with the help of his great family( Eric could no longer drive because he lost his vision a while ago) one day a couple years ago Eric and I were talking about organ donors and transplants and I asked if he was on the waiting list for a kidney....he said no, I am a diabetic and it would do someone else more good than it would me .....in a nutshell that was Eric...great friend, good man, sick as he was, he never ever complained but always listened to everyone else when we were whining about bad hair, or whatever other trivial things we thought were important, lol....wow...so gonna miss you bud! You were one of the best!
