Erick Aponte was first introduced to the field of engineering through our Stand and Deliver mentorship program. Today, Aponte works in our Failure Analysis lab and will become a Stand and Deliver mentor himself to help future students discover their passions. It establishes a great student connection with Raytheon and makes students want to keep coming back in order to achieve an internship with the company. For me, it ended with a full-time job.
