Erin and I left speechless today, God definitely has my attention. Thankful to Erin for helping me see the big picture. Through hurt and pain such a beautiful thing has began. We take zero credit. This is all God. Today was proof of that. Below are texts Erin and I exchanged when leaving today. ERIN: Who would have known that a new little Christmas tradition we wanted to start would expand to that! MYSELF:I know, I dont know what to say. God could have used anyone ? Why us ? Why me? I dont live a perfect life and dont always do the right thing. But yet he decided to use two broken people to start such a movement and in return it helps heal our brokenness. Wow! ERIN:Ill tell you why ..... Because he doesnt always use the equipped he equips the called. We were hurt we wanted to feel we had purpose. Or I did at least. It all makes sense now.....every ounce of pain every loss ......... Because he sent us into brokenness so we could provide hope! So we can tell them we are willing to come in the rain in the sunshine or even the snow we can love you to extremes because my God has loved me that way , and in faithfulness and endurance, he will use it to shift the cycle for them , today was the result of a few planted seeds of his Love! It has produced a harvest! He turned our 4 cars into 20 something, he turned a few donations into enough to clothe Columbus , thats a result of His faithfulness ! thats how revival breaks out thats how lives are changed and addictions are broken thats how broken hearts become whole! That was Amazing!
