“Esau ran to meet him, embraced him, and flung himself on his neck, kissed him as he wept.” Gn. 33: 4 There are always going to be people in our lives that we have a special connection and bond with. Those people consist of family and friends and even when we are apart we still them that they are close to us. With them we are part of this great community of God that helps us along the way. When those times do come when we get together we run out to meet each other, embrace them, give them a holy kiss, and weep in one another’s arms because the grace of God has united us on earth and in the eternity that is to come. And now my life song sings. This thought is dedicated to Charles Wiley and his daughter. May they always be united by love and the ultimate grace of God.
