Especially here in our area, where the Battle of Point Pleasant was fought between Chief Hokolesqua (Cornstalk) with his Natives against the invading Shemano (white people) we should be even more aware that Perhaps the most important thing the Natives can teach us is that our way of life CAN end. With our society teetering on the edge of destruction from so many potential threats most people now see the importance of being prepared for any possibility. Native Spirit Survivalist Club, is a newly forming club that will meet monthly with others interested in being prepared, things like bug out bags, storing water, living off of the land, etc. to share knowledge & ideas and to learn more about being prepared/survival. The first introductory/organizational meeting (free to attend) is scheduled for Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 7:00pm at Native Spirit Ground.
