Essential Nutrients: Minerals - The mineral complex is essential for a properly functioning body. (however, calcium has become suspect. The body needs it--but it is best to let the body make its own calcium by taking silica, magnesium citrate and potassium gluconate--do not ingest calcium itself--surplus calcium calcifies and hardens cells, organs, arteries and tissue) Amino Acids - Amino Acids are the component building blocks of protein. As with calcium, it is best to let the body make its own protein by providing it with all of the amino acids. Excess protein in the body becomes toxic. Three great vegetable sources of Essential Amino Acids are: Bee Pollen, Spirulina and Moringa Leaf--these contain ALL of the essential amino acids. Enzymes - Enzymes not only aid in the digestion of food and break down partially digested food particles which are toxic, but they also move through the entire body digesting dead and diseased cells, tumor tissue, etc., Probiotics - Beneficial gut bacteria are one of the most important aspects of the immune system. 75% of your immune system is in your gut and is directly related to a healthy population of beneficial gut bacteria. Anti-oxidants - The best source for anti-oxidants are whole, organic fruits and vegetables. Other anti-oxidant sources include Bee Pollen, Resveratrol, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Selenium, CoQ10/Ubiquinol and Alpha-Lipoic Acid. In this toxic, modern world we are bombarded with a greater free radical onslaught in ten minutes than our great grandparents were subjected to during their entire lives. It takes anti-oxidants to combat and neutralize free radicals. You cant get enough anti-oxidants. Vitamins - With the exception of Vitamin C, all vitamins are made in the body when the body is functioning correctly. To supplement with vitamins, use a whole food/green food/super food concentrated mixture of high-density nutrition plants rather than using over-the-counter multi-vitamins/minerals. Most Vitamin C supplements are in the form of ascorbic acid derived from GMO corn. It is best to get Vitamin C from whole food sources. Some good sources of Vitamin C are Moringa Leaf, Acerola Cherry, Amla and Rose Hips. Vitamin C is an essential nutrient. Vitamin D - Sunshine is the best way to get your Vitamin D. Sunshine also induces endorphin production in the skin and enhances dopamine and serotonin production--while supplemental Vitamin D does not. Sunlight is free and youll find it right outside your door. When supplementing with Vitamin D3, take it in proper ratio with vitamin K2: 100 mcgs of K2 to every 1000 IUs of D3. Fresh Air - Oxygen is the most essential nutrient of all. Our cells require it in constant supply. We can go without food for months, without water for days, but a few minutes without oxygen and we die. Air is everywhere. Learn how to breathe properly and drink plenty of water which is rich in oxygen. Good Water - Your body needs water, and water is the only liquid your body needs. Most tap water in the USA is fluoridated--and bottled water contains BPAs from the plastic containers. A good source for clean drinking water is Reverse Osmosis filtered water in glass containers with minerals added back in. Nothing stated here should be considered as medical advice.
