Essential Oils are getting a lot of attention these days, often - TopicsExpress

Essential Oils are getting a lot of attention these days, often leaving people to wonder about the validity of the claims of oil users. Personal experiences often carry a lot of weight, medical approval is always useful as well. Some of you may have seen my post about my daughters accident a couple of days ago. Juliana was playing, as kids do, spinning around in the living room. She went to sit down on the couch ... and missed. She hit her head on a bookshelf hard enough to result in a pretty deep 2 inch gash on the back of her head. Sherrie put Ortho Ease (has oils for pain as well as Helichrysm which cleanses the wound and stops bleeding). When we got to the hospital, the bleeding had stopped. They still put 5 staples in the back of her head to aid in healing. The doctor was going to give antibiotics, but he had smelled the oils and we told him how we treated it, as well as or plans on using oils in the place of antibiotics. He simply agreed that that would be fine and offered no resistance. Therapeutic grade oils DO WORK. We have treated infections, MRSA, pain, even depression and moodiness with oils and they work. My wife will be doing a class this Saturday at Credo House of Theology in Edmond at 10am. PM myself or my awesome wife, Sherrie DeBell, if you are interested in learning more.
