Estadounidenses miembros del Partido Democrata en Costa Rica protestaremos frente a la Embajada de Estados Unidos de America en San Jose,este Domigo 21 de Septiembre del 2014. Nuestro pais Estados Unidos,es el mayor emisor de carbono y nunca firmo el Protocolo de Kyoto.Protesta y marcha gemela se realizara en la Ciudad de New York. Dear fellow Democrats, Take note that our friends here in Costa Rica are organizing a demonstration in front of the US Embassy at 1 pm on September 21. This is a sister action to the big march in NYC and the purpose is to demand that the US reduce its carbon emissions immediately before the world passes a climate tipping point. We do not have time to spare. The demonstration is particularly appropriate because the US never signed the Kyoto Protocol and the US emits 3 times more carbon per capita than China, the other big global carbon emitter. Please attend and share widely with your friends and family in the Expat community. It would be wonderful to have a big group of US citizens standing with our Costa Rican friends to demand a change.
