Estalishment and Registration Khobeshah Agencies was established in the year 2009 and registered under the Business Names Act and Rule (cap. 499 Laws of Kenya) on 9th October, 2009. The certificate number is BN/2009/48647 (see attachment 01). The firm was later incorporated as Khobeshah Agencies Limited, a limited liability company under Companies Act (cap. 486 Laws of Kenya) on 14th September 2011, certificate number CPR/2011/56433 (see attachment 02). The Company is currently operating under the City Council of Nairobi business permit number 2012/1231029 for the year 2012 (see attachment 03). The Company is accredited by the Ministry of Labour Kenya , National Employment Bureau . The Company is a member of the following Associations; Joint Kenya-Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry (see attachment 05) Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (see attachment 06) Kenya Association of Private Employment Agencies (see attachment 07) BRANCH NETWORK The Company’s Head Office is located in Nairobi, Kenya; in addition it has a branch network of seven branches within the major town across Kenya. These are; 1.Mombasa 2.Kisumu 3.Kakamega 4.Nakuru 5.Nyeri 6.Nanyuki The Company also has branches in Qatar and Dubai. GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT Khobeshah Agencies is a limited liability company owned by shareholders. It is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five (5) Board Members.
