Estimation Engineer (Code EE) A reputable industrial company located in 10th of Ramadan which acts as one of the Steel Structure manufactures leaders in the Middle East & Africa requires: Responsibilities & Duties: - Manage the work inside the estimation office, responsible for build a new system and future staff in proposal office. - Responsible for preparation of all the offers before reviewing them by the authorized manager. - Able to communicate with the clients and suppliers. - Develop cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned estimating projects. - Provide area specific forecasts and report projects status. - Revise estimates and implement required changes. - Evaluate Customer Request for Tender/Bid/Quotation documents. - Identify and learn customer requirements for bid purposes. - Coordinate with subcontractors to receive input on pricing on labor, materials and other costs. - Participate pre and post bid meetings as required. - Perform as liaison for Project Management when tender is awarded and becomes job. - Review, provide feedback and evaluate performance of Estimators and Sr. Estimators. - Basic Requirements: Applicants should have the following: - BSc’s degree in Engineering. - 6 to 8 Years in the steel structure field is a must. - Any studies of Estimation are preferred. - Analytical, Time Management, Team player, Dynamical, Problem solving, High presentation skills. - Excellent command of English language. - Excellent user of Microsoft Applications.
