Eternity Like the mad ramblings of a genius, Strewn about across the sands of time, For all Eternity to gaze and stare upon, in awe & disgust, in adulation & contempt, For without these values, we are not, Who we yearn most to be-Praise the one who Conforms not to everyday life Specks of dust maketh a vast desert, Multitude of drops maketh an ocean, An endless orgy of inspiration maketh a man, A good one, a worthless one, a callous one, Triumph, victory & pride - all ambiguous sentiments Cloudy to thy senses, clear to thoust perception The vagaries of perception belie to our eyes, The half truths that be told For a mirror only reflects, but seldom allows For a chasm only gulps, but never throws For an eternity only lasts, but seldom ends All that is will be All that was will always be Truth, Eternity & Morality Shall only be and forever be.... © Dr S.
