Euro Tour for this Summer Proposed Itinerary : Day 1: Rome and City tour by night. Arrival to the Eternal City- Rome, private car transfer to your hotel in the city centre. In the evening take a tour of ROME BY NIGHT - some of the sights you pass by include The Fountain of the Nayads, Piazza Venezia, Capitoline Hill. Glimpse the Imperial Roman Age as you drive by and admire the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine and the Circus Maximus. Castel Sant`Angelo, St. Peter`s, Via Veneto, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain. Overnight at the Hotel Day 2: Imperial Rome Breakfast at the Hotel. The day is free to explore the city on your own. After lunch(on your own), proceed for a Tour Imperial Rome - the starting from Piazza Venezia with its impressive monument dedicated to the Unknown Soldier you then continue on foot to the famous Piazza del Campidoglio designed by Michelangelo from where you will have a fantastic view of the Roman Forum. Our coach will continue by the Circus Maximus before arriving at the Basilica of St. Paul outside the walls (visit inside). The tour will be completed with a visit of the imposing Colosseum (inside!). Time at leisure. Overnight at the Hotel. Day 3: Florence and Pisa After the breakfast, transfer by train to Florence - one of the most beautiful and ancient cities in Italy and the world. Accomodation at the hotel, in the afternoon EXCURSION TO PISA through the fertile and picturesque Tuscan countryside. Upon arrival in Pisa, guided walking tour of Piazza dei Miracoli, with the celebrated Leaning Tower (exterior), the Baptistery (exterior) and other important monuments. Time at your disposal. Back to Florence. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the Hotel. Day 4: Venice and Gondola Serenade Breakfast in the Hotel. In the morning departure by train to Venice, city of canals and palaces. For a thousand years the city was one of the most enduring mercantile sea powers all over the world. Check-in at hotel. In the evening take a GONDOLA SERENADE - a romantic promenade by gondola with music and songs which will take you along the canals of Venice. Be captivated by the glamour and elegance of the city and its magnificent palaces and churches facing the Grand Canal. Evening is free to explore the city on your own. Overnight at the Hotel Day 05: Venice Island Tour After breakfast, proceed to Alilaguna`s Pier at St. Marks waterfront for the Excursion by motor boat in the Venetian lagoon with the visit of islands famous for the handicraft: MURANO for the ancient art of blowing glass; BURANO with its strong colours and light contrast for the laces, TORCELLO and its atmosphere of remote Venetian past for the first Cathedral in Venice. Return to St Mark`s Square. Day is free and at leisure. Overnight at the Hotel. Day 06: Departure for Zurich Breakfast. In the morning, according to your flight, private transfer to Venice airport/Station For Next Destinations Zurich . Overnight Stay Zurich Day 07 : Mt. Pilatus From Zürich we will take a scenic coach journey through the beautiful countryside and along the Lake of the four Cantons to Lucerne. On a short city tour we visit the Lion Monument and show you the main sights of this charming town. Enjoy some time at leisure to explore the Old Town before we continue to Kriens. From here you will take the panoramic gondolas and aerial cableway to the summit of Mt. Pilatus (7000ft / 2132m). At the peak a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains and lakes awaits you! Check-in at the hotel and enjoy the afternoon at leisure. You may take a hike around the peak on a thrilling but secure footpath or climb to the top. In the evening, savour your welcome drink and a 3-course seasonal dinner in one of the restaurants. Then enjoy a fairytale-like night’s sleep beneath a clear, starry sky. There is only one thing that is more beautiful than a night on Pilatus, and that is waking up next morning to a fabulous sunrise and unsurpassed views. Day 08: Mt. Titlis After enjoying the breakfast buffet you descend by aerial cable car to Kriens and take the public bus to Lucerne. At the Lucerne Tourist Information you will meet your tour guide for the excursion to the eternal snow and ice! Coach ride to Engelberg where the breath-taking journey to Mt. Titlis begins. Enjoy spectacular sights of the glacier`s deep crevasses and gigantic ice boulders from the revolving cable car ROTAIR. At the top of Mt. Titlis a high alpine panorama awaits you. Enjoy magnificent views of the Alps from the restaurants (lunch excl.) or the sun terrace. Visit the Ice Grotto or take a ride with the IceFlyer which brings you close to the crevasses. Enjoy the FunLift in the snow and Europe’s highest suspension bridge - All included (weather permitting)! After this winter experience, we travel back to Lucerne and continue to Zürich where your two day adventure ends. Day 09 : Zurich Free day and overnight in Zurich. (Breakfast) Day 10 Arrive Paris, France - Paris Panaromic Tour (Private) Upon arrival at Paris Airport, our transfer man will meet and transfer you to the hotel in downtown Paris. On the way you will be provided a panaromic tour from the car, which will introduce you one of most beautiful cities of the world. We have free time at leisure for the rest of the day.
