Her first name was Adam-- the same as her husband. Thats what God called her after He made her from one of Adams ribs. The name simply means human. Adam changed her name twice. First, after naming all the animals, he named his wife Woman. But when God said the woman would on day have children, Adam gave her a new name Eve It means life giver. The Bible says God created Adam and Eve the first humans. They lived in the wonderful place called the Garden of Eden. God gave them only one rule: Dont eat the fruit of the tree in the center of the garden. It will kill you.
