Even amid a financial emergency, the Flint City Council voted to give themselves a raise, 7-2. One city council member said their pay is so low, that he has a bridge card. The city council has taken a 70% reduction over the years, as well. What do you think? Should they receive an increase in pay or is this not the right time?
