Even if you have signed a form granting the Williams company permission to survey your land for this toxic waste gas pipeline, you are ABLE to change your mind. There is a process which one must follow for it to hold up legally. I have the papers telling you EXACTLY what you must do to reverse it. People are being caught off guard by them and do not realize that is it NOT a regular gas pipeline. It WILL devalue your property. They are hitting the Johnson Road area heavily and around it. GET INFORMED. There WILL be an informational meeting SOON in Washington County. I would advise that you not even discuss the pipeline with these people until you know what is being planned. There is nothing that will prevent them from adding many more waste pipelines once they "own" a piece of your land. (They are expanding fracking up north..mon sense says they will need more pipeline). They have to install NOISY pumps that run day and night every 400 feet to keep this waste moving through the pipes. It makes me sick at my stomach to think I wont even be able to hear the birds sing.
