Even though I ran a little on our honeymoon and hiked, kayaked, snorkeled, walked all day, and never sat down or relaxed very long I still gained 6 pounds in Hawaii because we ate out. Eating out is horrible! Nothing good comes from it. Ive been back in my normal routine for 11 days and Ive lost all 6 pounds! Im so happy that I have found what works and will always work and I love it and Im happy! Ill never have to worry about my weight or being unhappy with my body. Id like to thank Shakeology, intensity, vegetables, fruit, PiYo, P90X, Insanity, running, water, TurboKick, Cardio Core, KJ, and Fit Together! Without all these things consistent in my life I would be back to the over weight, depressed, old me.
