Even though Im all for healthy eating and proper dieting.. I get extremely frustrated when I see Fad Diets. I am all for getting fit and healthy clearly but equally have had to rehabilitate many clients from them.. You may lose an initial 5 pounds. But eventually youll realize you are hungry, you havent actually learned how to cook and eat healthy.. And you lack nutrients. Youll end up tired and hungry then binging. What works? Healthy food. You know what helps lose fat? Proper diet, proper nutrition, cardio and weights AND consistency. Stop giving into fads and do proper research into reality of healthy living. Fad diets dont work forever if at all. Dont argue with me on this either, its not a post to hear your argument lol. Eat a balanced, properly portioned, nutritionally dense meal plan. Consistently! Cardio.. Do it! Consistently. Weights! Lift them! Consistently. Voila.
