Even though Pung Chhiv Gech is not the best choice, in my opinion, she is better than the former of NEC candidates. i heard some of her rumors which regarding to her relation with government; however, in terms of reputation she could be deserved to be 9th NEC candidate . Just i wish she ,Mrs PHD Pung Chhivgech, will never waste her reputation which has earned from international level. Stay neutral, Mrs. Sincerely. Citizen, Savona !
