Even though the weather is still chilly, in the back of our minds we know that Spring is just around the corner. With that we freak out a little knowing that Summer is coming and we will soon be dusting off those bikinis! Body confidence is a huge issue amongst women (some men too!) and its important for us to know that the number one contributing factor to this is comparing ourselves to other women! The media provides us with unrealistic images of perfect women and we continue to compare ourselves to them and the women around us. Just sayin, you cant believe everything you see in magazines.
