Even though there are TCM Tips & Tricks in Acupuncture Meridian points and Acupressure to prevent Heart Attacks and Strokes, I want to share this information to all, since Water controls Fire (this is layman as well as Traditional Wisdom); More water into the kidneys will save the Heart - as the Heart and Kidney are One Meridian known as SHAOYIN. My suggestion is: Drink more water in the night; If you need to take Aspirin, take it in the night or keep it near your pillow - Fear not coz Fear is worse than the attack itself.
