Even while eating as healthfully as we can, we don’t always have access to the wide variety of nutrient-dense foods that others had in the past. I don’t think anything can or should replace a diet of whole foods: organic vegetables, sprouted grains, and meats from animals that have lived a life that nature intended. However, the reality is that supplements can fill in some of the nutritional gaps that we have. I have done a lot of research on supplements and I’m constantly on the lookout for more organic, more natural (in the real sense of the word) products.
