Even your sins are not a surprise to God. When God says that He knows your end from your beginning, then He knows everything. He knew the sins that you will do today and even the sins in your future. The solution to all your sins is not guilt and condemnation. You dont have to live sad nor punish yourself for it. Jesus has paid up all in full. He was punished for you and me. Now we ought to come boldly before God and accept the forgiveness and blessings from Him. Dont remain in guilt and pain. God accepts you as you are. God bless you.
