Evening Prayer (by Charles K. Kagiri- St John the Baptist, Riruta Parish in Nairobi, Kenya) God our father, we come to you this evening. We acknowledge that we are sinners, we repent our sins and thank you for your continued mercies and grace. Father, we praise you for the gift of your Son our Lord Jesus Christ. We thank you for our faith, the church and your faithful servants in the church. We also thank you for the good day and its activities, grant that our daily activities lead us to you. God I thank you for this social media group (both on Facebook and Watsapp). Look at how they desire to talk about you, and to see you clearly. We thank you for bringing these people together. Meet us all at our points of need and at your best time. May these groups and its works increase our faith and all goodness that come from you. As we go to bed, we commit our souls to your able hands, protect us from the evil one and lead all souls to you. We ask this through Jesus Christ our lord. Amen
