Evening, Tonight, I want to talk about that day on September 11th, 2001 and how I found out and how it impacted me.. I was making a call On Bickfords Family Restaurants in Waltham Mass., as I was leaving my call, I saw people watching what I thought was a movie on TV, I asked what movie is this ?? the response was that it wasnt a movie, two planes had attacked The World Trade Center in New York, I thought they were kidding, It wasnt a joke, as I watched I got an ache in the pit of my stomach like someone had punched me in my gut, I started to tear up, called my office and left a voice mail on my phone asking anyone who called to please say prayers for the people in the towers and their families, I couldnt believe what I was watching, and I felt like my family was being attacked, the first thing I did when I got home was to hug Minnie , thenI called my two sons Stephen and Frankie Jr told them I loved them, .. One thing I noticed that I hadnt seen for a long time, We as a country were all united as one, angry that it happened , we didnt play the Blame Game, no, we were one, politics wasnt mentioned, In my life time I had only seen this once or twice.. it was beautiful, unbelievable.. And I wonder, If September 11th happened today, would we be as one, or would we play the Blame Game ??. I dont know, I would hope that we would unite as one..... Today, I was more moved than Id been in along time... this is my story for tonight, I will pick up my family stories on Monday... You have a Good Night...... God Bless...
