Evening Troopers, ok some pretty major news for The Unit. The regions professional football team Phuket F.C. have engaged with Unit-27 to conduct their Strength & Conditioning for the upcoming season. Over the last weeks we have been working with some of their most talented youngsters utilising our tailored system of conditioning and diet. During this time weve been honing the system ready to apply to the full squad in time for the season period. We are going to make sure they are stronger, fitter and have the endurance to match their footballing skills ! We are extremely honoured to be chosen by Phuket FC, over some tough competition, for this essential element of their pre season and ongoing season training and we look forward to posting many updates here on how the partnership progresses.
