Evening all, Another scorcher of a day in the UK! Love it. Back was on the agenda tonight. Started off with 15 mins of HITT to get heart working. 4 mins warm up into 30 sec all out sprint & 2 min rests. A1: BB deadlifts - 3 x 10-12 (70kgs, 120kgs and 150 kgs) B1: Bent over BB row - 3 x 10 (70 kgs, 80 kgs and 85ks) C1: Wide grip lat pull downs - 3 x 10 x 3 (drop set, 2 sets at 70 kgs, 60kgs and 50kgs, 1 set at 80kgs, 70kgs, 60 kgs) D1: Seated cable row - 3 x 10 x 3 (dropset) E1: Standing high cable row - 3 x 12 into E2: Standing cable straight arm pull downs - 3 x 12 Good intense session.
