Evening all! It turned into a very busy day today. We took the kids to see Sinterklaas, and as usual there was a big queue, and what with the big brass band and the long wait, two of the kids were crying by the time they got to meet him; but there is an offical photo, which I can download from their website on Monday, which will show them all together, I couldnt keep them in one place for long enough to snap them together myself! :O Next weekend they have a Sinterklaas party at my partners office, thats always a lot of fun for them. :D Xaviera has the class mascot with her there, Flip De Beer (Flip the Bear), so he came with us and well be talking him out tomorrow too, then we have to write a diary entry for him including our pictures of this weekends adventures. Pity we didnt have him last weekend, but still Xaviera is enjoying taking care of him. She put his jarmies on for bed, and he has outfits for the daytime, and hes borrowed one of Diddys coats as it is bit cold :D I dont think she wants to give him back! Thankfully, I have been able to salvage the drawing of Duncan - turns out I needed to deepen a couple of shadows, and I have one little item to add, just didnt get time today, then he is finished. The A2 that went wrong, is now scrapped, and the customer and I have come up with a totally different layout which looks so much better, and I feel much happier with it, and cant wait to start it :D So that only leaves one - the one of Didier and the Christmas tree - nothing much wrong with it per se, I just thought that Didier needed to be bigger, and the tree less, so it was a proportion thing - hopefully Ill get time to redraw it before Christmas :D Im off now to browse the newsfeed and visit Ann to see the Baby Animals shares, and hopefully Ill jhave Ducan done to up-load tomorrow, and Ill be starting Jimi Lalimas grandson soon too.
