Evening all, Tonight’s post is a workout you can do anywhere, without the need for any equipment. A short, but effective 15 minute workout that you can do in the park or in the living room. A few points to remember: Complete the following five exercises: Squats, lunges, press ups, leg raises, and plank to press Complete 3 rounds of five minutes Rest for 60 seconds, or longer if needed, between rounds Progress or regress, as desired Stretch at the end Feel awesome.
