Evening all, hope you have all had a fantastic start to your week. Mine was a super one headed into London town for meetings but managed to get back and hit the gym. Boulders for shoulders they say. A1: BB standing shoulder press - 4 x 8-12 into A2: DB shrugs - 4 x 15 B1: DB lateral raises - Drop set - 3 x failure x 3 (pick up 3 sets of DB start out with heaviest rep to failure drop onto the next weight rep to failure and repeat on the last weight) Feel the burn C1: Reverse DB fly - 4 x 10 Abs Weighted decline sit ups x 10 Decline Russian twists x 20 (10 each side) Leg raises x 15 Repeat 3 times with minimal rest
