Evening day 56: work out! I think his right arm maybe a little sore tomorrow...Ive no doubt he will regain complete use of his right arm, never seen him so attentive to every exercise....his speech/short term memory loss is still a struggle...fork is a spork, after repeating spoon, he blurted out, fork it! in sheer frustration...discerning shapes, triangles, squares, circles..and then figuring out how to draw a line above or below..simple tasks we take for granted, are all foreign to him now..but we continue to work, every day..repetition, is our friend.. He knows which is which, just doesnt remember what to call them..its good that he kept a cheerful attitude, and just kept trying...seems like everyone in there had the silly giggles today.. I dont know why, but the laughter was comforting in a way..laughter has always been the best medicine... :o)
