Evening everyone! Hope you are all well! We are gearing up for Katys Christmas Party tomorrow night at Barton Grange! This is our third and last one and we just know it is going to be a wonderful night! There is a serious element to it though. When Katy was undergoing radiotherapy she got so poorly that we were told she wouldnt make it to Christmas Day. We were so horrified that Christmas was brought forward to November 25th instead. My aunt Kathryn, together with Barton Grange put on a fantastic party for Katy. It was a winter wonderland with her favourite chocolate fountain, roast potatos (pureed), chocolate covered raisins and all kinds of other treats she loved. The biggest thing was when 2 beautiful reindeers travelled up from London especially to escort us all in to the hotel grounds. There were 300 people there that night. Katy absolutly loved it. Katy did actually make it through Christmas. Thank God. Every year since though we have marked the anniversary of that event by holding Katys Chrstmas Party and as always Barton Grange pull out all the stops to make it pretty spectacular for us and Rob Falcon, the DJ, is pure magic!
