Evening guys , This post is for you salmon lovers , massive protein content , with a very low carb count , ideal for the bulking stage , awesome taste , I did post this on my other page so if you missed it , here it is Roast Dill Marinated Salmon Serving Size 1 (420g); Calories 636; Total Carbohydrate 2.6g; Protein 79.8g Ingredients Dill - no stem and chopped - 3/4 oz Salmon fillets - boneless skinless; 6 oz each - 4 Garlic - finely chopped - 1 tablespoon Sugar - 1 teaspoon Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons Soybean oil or neutral flavored oil - 2 tablespoons Instructions Preheat oven to 425 F Mix dill, garlic, sugar, soy and 1 tablespoons of oil, reserve. In a hot non-stick pan add 1 tablespoons oil and sear the salmon filets for 30-45 seconds on each side or until nicely browned. Remove from pan and let cool 5 minutes. Smear all sides of fish with marinade and allow fish to sit at room temperature for at least 1/2 an hour before roasting. Place fish on sheet tray and roast for 5 to 10 minutes. It will appear flaky when done. Enjoy!
