The Eagles Youth Integration to register all interested Kenya youths on merit that they share in the goals,objectives and support the eagles youthful agenda in deeds and they stand to enjoy all eagle benefits and rights pertaining all eagle members. 3.Live membership requires not only a name and personal details but deeds through selfless contributions. 4. The eagles priotises live members welfare economically,socially and academically. It also endeavours to create jobs for its members through engagement in real time income generating project that will be initiated through collective eagle contributions. The Eagle commits to touching lives of the less privileged in the society by empowering them academically and economically. 5. In cases of uncertainties befalling a member directly or indirectly the eagles takes the obligation through instant contributions to tirelessly support him or her to see them overcome the then be the uncertainty. 6.The eagles proposed a commitment to have an headquarters/office and a website from which the organisation will be ran and accessed. In so doing it will show the long life line of the organisation and even create employment for those who will man the office. 7.They supposed in fullness of member registration and consistent monthly contributions The eagles can employ the funds in four areas: i. empowerment of btn 2-4 (male and female) members in businesses they could have identified and presented for members approval as real time life changing investments. With a condition that these projects will employ a minimum of 10members. The capital will not be required back. ii.sponsor a member for higher education and select one needy case to sponsor for high school or primary education randomly from the community. iii . pick one large scale project from members project proposals and fund it full for returns to the associations funds account with all direct member participants benefiting with relevant project renumeration. iv. Employ some finds in a long time project. NB: these fours areas will be done repeatedly every month or at every contributions made by the whole association members.And its a proposal that can be debated and improved.
