Evening meal, spicy raw mushy pea: - 320g of raw pea - 3 tablespoons of raw sprouted rice powder - punch of coriander - two dates - juice of half a lemon - coconut oil - red chilli pepper (just a little) - garlic - ginger - sumac - clove - tiny amount of water to get the blender mixing. Garnished with grapes, radish, goji berries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sprouted lentils and served on a bed of greens and radish.
