This event will be raising awareness, funds and donations for Bay Area Pet Adoptions. Bay Area Pet Adoptions is a non-profit, 501(c)3 No-Kill shelter, pet rescue, and adoption organization that relies on donations from the public to house, feed, and medically care for the dogs and cats taken in to their adoption program. The mission of Bay Area Pet Adoptions is to shelter companion animals that have been rescued from kill shelters, animal control facilities, and individuals until permanent homes are found for them. Their adoption program strives to place the animal with a family whose lifestyle and activity level matches that of the animal. About Us: The purpose of MSR Houston Charities, a charitable organization, is to raise funds and support for local organizations and community aid groups. The supported organizations are described in section 501(c)(3) and exempt from taxation under section 501(a). We believe in good community partnerships and to that end, our charity races directly support the local community charities in Brazoria and Harris counties that don’t receive national funding.
