Its called the Ribs, Pigs, and Watermelon BBQ and the event coordinator absolutely needs our help! When: August 8-10; times vary by shift. Where: Huntington Beach (PCH and Beach Lot 9 & 10) Signups are different this time around because they use signup genius. Basically what you need to do is go to the sign up link and find any of the available jobs/shifts you are interested in and sign up for it! You can sign up for as many shifts as you like. The only restriction is you ARE NOT allowed to work at the Beer Garden because well.. Were not 21. When you sign up for a shift please let your presidents know what shift you signed up for so they can pass that info on to me. Since many of us will be working different shifts/jobs, Im going to be creating a volunteer sheet that you need to have signed by the event coordinator to verify that you were actually at your shift so be on the lookout for that.
