Event THIS FRIDAY: CLIMATE CHANGE POLICY THROUGH AIR POLLUTION CONTROL – Jason Gray When – Friday March 21st @ Noon Where – Gonzaga Law School, Rm 143 On March 21st, Jason Gray will be attending Gonzaga Law School to present on his experience working on Climate Change Policy in California. The presentation will run from 12am-1:30pm in room 143 (it will be over before the Gonzaga/OSU Game). Jason Gray is an alumnus of Gonzaga University, where he earned a B.A. in Biology and French. He currently works as an attorney with the California Air Resources Board, and is tasked with advising the Board and its staff on the development and implementation of air pollution control regulations and related matters. His duties include assisting on the legal issues underlying the Boards climate program, including on greenhouse gas reporting and verification regulations, compliance offset protocols, and offset provisions of the California Cap-and-Trade Regulation. He received a J.D. and Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law from Lewis & Clark Law School. Before entering the legal profession, Jason worked on environmental education, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable development projects with the Peace Corps and WWF International in the Central African country of Gabon.
