Events Marketing Manager: Key Responsibilities: -Manage, coordinate & execute turnkey marketing programs with a strong focus on event management -Build and execute program activation strategies and plans -Research, select, negotiate and manage new vendors -Liaise and coordinate externally with contractors, suppliers and other service providers, as well as internally to ensure smooth execution of projects up to a high standard -Create & present new ideas and solutions to support client briefs -Work with all stakeholders to coordinate all project elements & production schedules -Build and maintain strong client relationships -Interact with host delegates, customers and guests to ensure that their on-site experience is flawless -Must Ensure compliance to budget, expenses, and reconciliations on a per event basis -Regular reporting: Presentations, timelines, status reports, proposals -Remain up to date on industry standards and movements Qualifications: -Extremely organized, self-starting, detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Strong communication and problem solving skills -Excellent presentation skills -Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word, Power point and outlook -Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Apply to ([email protected])
