Ever asked yourself why it is important to study the Word of God? Well, here is your answer: 2 Timothy 3:16: All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. Note that it did not say, It is written by God but it says, It is inspired by God. This means that it does not matter whether the Bible was written by authors who are mere men like us. What is important is that it is inspired by God. This means that it did not come from human thinking but from Spiritual. Take the Word and use it in your life. It will be a lamp unto your feet and a light for your path (Psalm 119:105).
