Ever have one of those experiences where you just KNOW God is speaking directly to you? Well, I have. Several times actually. The latest was this morning when I attended worship for the first time since moving to RC (and to be honest, it was the first time in quite awhile). Well, the past two weeks have been very frustrating trying to get everything at school figured out, but worst of all Ive been really missing my mom. My new apartment is an absolute disaster and she was always the person who would help me decorate and make things pretty. Not to mention Mom absolutely loved the Black Hills. Anyway, the sermon topic this morning was on death. Death can either ruin your life (by avoiding confronting it until you are hardened to any relationships) or it can bring you life and peace knowing that this life is not the end, its just the beginning. Touché, God. Tou-ché. In the meantime, Im going to see a movie and reminisce about all the times Mom and I went to the movies. Have a blessed day!
