Try this- whatever your towing fee is go down to your bank and withdraw the amount in pennies it is considered US legal tender and cash. Federal state law says that as long as it is legal US tender it can be used as a regular payment or transaction. So if youre towing fee was $88 then thats 8,800 pennies or 2 shoe boxes, one shoe box full to the top and the other shoe box half full. If they refuse to take the the pennies as a payment or they try telling you that they have to be rolled they do not, call a police department they will come down and tell them they have to take it by federal law. If they still choose not to take the pennies as payment that is considered breaking the law and is a federal offense they have now stolen your vehicle and refused to give it back to you you have the right to sue them.
