Ever heard of cat head or hog head biscuits? Dyan Boehnert will demonstrate how to make them tomorrow night at the Civil War Roundtable of the Delta at Beth El Heritage Hall at 7pm. She will also demonstrate how to churn the butter to eat with the biscuits. She will also make rose-aide and pie without a crust. The Delta Cultural Center is sponsoring the event. Beth El Heritage Hall is located at the corner of Perry and Pecan in downtown Helena. The event is free and open to the public.
