Ever notice how a woman wearing long skirts & covering her breasts, draws attention to her face and inner being (heart); While a woman wearing short skirts, pants and revealing clothes is disrespected, self-degraded and draws bad attention to her body (esp crotch/but/breast area)? Why do majority of todays modern men want to look/act so feminine (be like women); and why do todays modern women,want to behave/look less feminine, but more whorish & self-degrading? Women should ask themselves: Am i modest - does this clothing cover me adequately? I Tim. 2:92. Am i dressed worldly - does this clothing reflect the current trends of Hollywood and TV? I John 2:153. Am i dressed more manly - does this clothing easily show theres a difference between me and the opposite gender? Deut. 22:54. Am i offensive to fellow man, God, Angels - does this clothing offend a brother or sister in Christ? As a woman, will this cause my brother to stumble or think lustfully about me? Rom 14:7-8,12-13 I Cor. 10:23; 8:135. Does my dresscode glorifiy God - does this clothing glorify God, or does it call attention to me and glorify me? I Cor. 10:31
