Ever since I have completed a course in leadership from Michael Muldoon at LFGSM, I am sold on the idea that corporations need to focus on the generations for sales, employees, and so forth, or they will lose competitiveness. I have debated with sales managers from the position that if companies don’t respond to their needs, they will not retain quality talent. Can the older generations keep Costco profitable, I doubt it.
