Ever since Jim Arnold, a writer for our local newspaper, began writing articles recounting his experiences of his own Multiple Myeloma journey, Mike and I have been reading them with interest. Mike recently reached out to Jim, given his upcoming treatment initiation on the horizon. As I read Jims article this morning, I was pleasantly surprised to see it was about the connection that theyd made. Though brief, their conversation last week had a positive impact on both of them. Interestingly, as luck would have it, they have the same Myeloma oncologist at Dana Farber. Heres this mornings article.
