Ever since the 10th of November when that first wallop of winter came over the state it has been below the average 20 of the last 23 days! By the time this week wraps up we will be back on the other side of average with highs in the low 30s. The average of course has continued to fall but regardless it looks better. Long range indications that bring us through the weekend of the 13th of 14th are giving us more above average temperatures. In fact a few of the long range models are hinting at a huge thaw. Stay tuned long range is always a little iffy at best but if you are already sick of winter this might be exactly what you wanted to read with your afternoon java this afternoon.
